12.2 Upon Account closure for breach, juta88 may withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, juta88 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. Real-money funds not associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity will be returned to the Member through appropriate channels following completed investigation.
12.3 Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting juta88 via the live support function. Any remaining balance of verified real-money funds will be returned via the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following closure verification.
